Submitting Tickets to ASN: Secure Communication Matters
Anyone can submit a ticket to ASN to communicate with our team. Tickets can be used to ask questions, share feedback, submit documentation, or provide information related to your application or employment.
While creating an account allows you to track your tickets and view updates, an account is not required to submit a ticket.
Why Use Tickets Instead of Email?
Email is not a secure method for sending sensitive or private information. To protect your personal data, ASN requires that all sensitive documentation be submitted through our secure ticketing system.
Sensitive information includes, but is not limited to:
Driver’s licenses or state IDs
Social Security cards or numbers
Insurance documents
Employment or onboarding forms
Training certifications
Submitting these documents through a ticket ensures they are handled securely and routed to the appropriate team.
Instructions on How to Submit a Ticket
These instructions cover the Submit Ticket page, but if you use the chat button at the top left to contact us, you'll also be able to find the chat transcript in your tickets. It all goes to the same place!
