Finding your Employee Number

You will sometimes need your Employee Number (or Employee ID) for documentation purposes.

  • It is sent to you with your new hire information.
  • Once you've registered for GroupApp, it's at the bottom of your profile.
  • If neither of those is available, you can find it in DATIS:

Option 1: DATIS e3 mobile app

  1. Open the DATIS app.
  2. Tap your profile icon or initials in the bottom navigation.
  3. Your Employee Number is displayed near the top of your profile next to "Employee...".

Option 2: In a browser

  1. Log in to DATIS.
  2. Open Pay Stubs.
  3. Your Employee Number is listed on the right side of the page under your pay stub information.
