ASN Benefits Update: Cigna Health Plan & Network Transition

This employee announcement details the transition of Arkansas Support Network's medical benefits plan to Cigna. It provides key information and action steps to ensure a smooth transition of coverage:

• Plan Coverage & Rates: Medical coverage transitions to the Cigna Open Access Plus (OAP) network. Your benefit designs and plan rates will remain the same with no current changes.

• Transition & Deductible Support: Temporary access to care letters are available if you have medical appointments before receiving your physical ID card. Deductible credit accumulators will be loaded to your Cigna account within 30 days.

• Continuity of Care: Employees currently undergoing active medical treatment should contact HR to discuss continuity of care options.

• Provider Search & ID Cards: Employees can use the attached myCigna flyer to download the mobile app, access digital ID cards, or search for in-network providers at www.cigna.com.

• Employee Call Center Support: A dedicated benefits call center is available to answer questions Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, at 419-313-1961.
